QuickStat: Growing Businesses Choose Automated Benefits
Employees are increasingly embracing "do-it-for-me" retirement-savings solutions. According to the Principal Financial Well-Being Index, 59% of the workers at growing businesses agree that employees should be automatically enrolled in their 401(k) retirement plan. In 2002, only 35% of employees agreed with automatic enrollment.
